Infrared Sauna

Frequently asked questions

An infrared sauna is a sanctuary for healing. It uses light colors, including red light, to create a warm, radiant heat that penetrates deep in the body. Our full-spectrum infrared sauna combines beneficial infrared rays with the therapeutic beauty of visible color light in every sauna session! By eliminating the sun’s troublesome, harmful UV rays we provide a safe, restorative sweat session that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Full-spectrum encompasses near, mid, and far-infrared waves which gently heat the body from within, allowing you to reap the benefits with a lower temperature which translates to longer sessions and increased therapeutic benefits.

In addition, we also offer Color Light Therapy (chromotherapy) which utilizes color light, set at a specific wavelength, that safely saturates the body’s surface tissue to restore balance to the human physiology.

Yes! The health and safety of our consumers are our number one focus! Our Clearlight® Infrared Sauna offers the lowest and safest EMF and ELF levels of any infrared sauna on the market.

*Some potential risks of sauna use include overheating, dehydration, dizziness. You can generally avoid these by drinking enough fluids before and after use. In the rare event that you experience pain and/or discomfort while in the sauna, immediately discontinue use.

As with ANY sauna experience:
Use is CONTRAINDICATED in pregnancy; sensitivity to heat; fever; hemophilia; pacemaker and/or defibrillator; alcohol use; any condition that inhibits the ability to sweat.

Use is CAUTIONED when taking certain medications (contact your healthcare provider); under 12 or over 65 years; cardiovascular conditions.

Heating elements
Infrared uses radiant, warm infrared emitting light frequency (ELF); traditional saunas use steam or flame-stoked heat which does not penetrate deep into the tissues.

Impact
Infrared impacts the body directly with gentle heat to transform at the cellular level by raising core body temperature, allowing detoxification, improved blood circulation, and oxygen flow; traditional saunas create surface sweat from the surrounding air which oftentimes feels heavy.

Penetration
Infrared allows for heat to deeply penetrate the skin, muscles, joints, and tissues; traditional saunas do not due to the lack of emitting light frequency.

Temperature
Infrared saunas provide a focused warmth to bring heat therapy at much lower temperatures than traditional saunas.
